Jazz is a style of dance which was originally developed alongside jazz music in 1n New Orleans in the early 1900s. Jazz is often used in musical theatre, commercials, and sometimes in video clips. Jazz uses aspects of and technique from Classical Ballet. Clothing: Jazz shoes and comfortable clothing that you can move in easily yet allows the teacher to see the student's technique.

Circus covers a wide variety of disciplines which come under the main brackets of aerial skills, acrobatics, equilibrium (balancing skills)) and manipulation. Students will be taught a range of skills including static trapeze, aerial hoop, aerial silks, partner acro-balance, hula hoops, poi, and more! This class has an element of danger involved; however, this is minimised by safety precautions and strict rules.

Contemporary is a form of dance that displays freedom of movement. It is an abstract style that often has a classical basis, though more recently styles have developed with groundings in urban dance. A regular class consists of a warm up of the spine and limbs, practice of travelling combinations, followed by a routine. Clothing: Bare feet or foot thongs and comfortable clothing.

This style is often seen in video clips and is becoming more and more popular with mainstream artists including Chris Brown, Justin Timberlake and Usher. Students are taught various tricks including cartwheels, round offs, aerials, back flips and back-saults. This class has an element of danger involved, however this is minimised by safety precautions and strict rules. A regular class usually consists of strength training, stretching, which is followed by practicing tricks. Clothing: Bare feet and comfortable clothing.
